AZURE SERVICES – TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. General Scope of Services

Azure Services provides professional cleaning, maintenance, pressure washing, tank hygiene, drainage clearing, pipeline maintenance, storm water cleaning, and related facility support services for residential, commercial, institutional, industrial, and mixed-use properties.

All services are carried out based on the site information, declarations, photographs, measurements, and operational details provided by the client or authorized representative.

2. Accuracy of Information

The client confirms that all information submitted through enquiry forms, onboarding forms, quotations, verbal discussions, site inspections, or email/WhatsApp communication is true, accurate, and complete.

Azure Services shall not be held responsible for delays, additional costs, safety risks, equipment limitations, or incomplete execution arising from inaccurate, incomplete, concealed, or misleading site information.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Incorrect tank capacity or dimensions

• Undisclosed hazardous conditions

• Electrical risks

• Restricted site access

• Structural instability

• Gas accumulation

• Confined space hazards

• Active leakage issues

• Drainage obstructions

• Unauthorized modifications to infrastructure

3. Site Access & Operational Responsibility

The client shall ensure:

• Safe and uninterrupted access to work areas

• Availability of necessary permissions and approvals

• Security clearance for personnel and vehicles

• Availability of water and electrical connections where applicable

• Access to drainage discharge points

• Adequate parking or loading/unloading space

Any delays caused due to access restrictions, security hold-ups, lack of utilities, unavailable permissions, or unsafe working conditions may result in additional charges or rescheduling.

4. Safety & Hazard Disclosure

The client must disclose all known hazards before commencement of work, including:

• Confined spaces

• Toxic or hazardous gases

• Electrical risks

• Slippery surfaces

• Structural damage

• Height-related risks

• Chemical exposure

• Biological contamination

• Active construction activity

• Unsafe drainage or sewage conditions

Azure Services reserves the right to suspend, postpone, or refuse work if site conditions are deemed unsafe for personnel, equipment, surrounding property, or public safety.

5. Service Limitations

Azure Services shall perform services using commercially reasonable methods, professional equipment, and industry-standard procedures.

However, the client acknowledges that:

• Deep staining, scaling, corrosion, algae marks, seepage marks, discoloration, rust deposits, and aged surface damage may not be fully removable.

• Existing cracks, weak plaster, damaged tiles, loose fittings, waterproofing failures, paint peeling, or deteriorated surfaces may worsen during cleaning due to pre-existing conditions.

• Underground blockages, collapsed pipelines, concealed obstructions, structural damage, or inaccessible areas may limit cleaning effectiveness.

• Complete restoration, waterproofing correction, structural repair, plumbing repair, or civil rectification are not included unless specifically agreed in writing.

6. Tank Cleaning & Water Quality Disclaimer

Tank cleaning services are intended to improve hygiene and remove sludge, dirt, biofilm, algae, and visible contamination.

Azure Services does not guarantee:

• Potable water certification

• Government compliance certification

• Laboratory-grade sterilization

• Permanent prevention of bacterial growth

• Elimination of contamination caused by incoming water supply, damaged pipelines, poor plumbing, or external contamination sources

Clients are advised to conduct independent water testing where required.

7. Pressure Washing & Surface Care Disclaimer

Pressure washing involves the use of high-pressure water systems and may expose pre-existing weaknesses in surfaces.

Azure Services shall not be liable for:

• Removal of loose paint

• Exposure of existing cracks

• Surface discoloration

• Weak tile detachment

• Existing waterproofing failures

• Surface erosion caused by prior deterioration

• Damage resulting from structurally compromised surfaces

The client accepts these inherent operational risks before service commencement.

8. Drainage, Pipeline & Storm Water Cleaning Disclaimer

Drain cleaning, pipeline flushing, and blockage clearing services are performed based on visible accessibility and equipment reach.

Azure Services does not guarantee complete removal of:

• Cement blockages

• Collapsed pipelines

• Deep-root intrusion

• Permanent drainage correction

• Structural pipe defects

• Underground line misalignment

Additional civil, plumbing, excavation, or repair work may be required separately.

9. Photographs & Documentation

Azure Services may capture photographs/videos before, during, and after service for:

• Documentation

• Safety records

• Quality verification

• Training

• Internal operational purposes

Client-sensitive information shall not intentionally be disclosed publicly without consent.

10. Quotations & Pricing

All quotations are based on:

• Information provided by the client

• Site inspection findings

• Estimated operational scope

• Equipment and manpower requirements

Azure Services reserves the right to revise quotations if:

• Actual site conditions differ materially

• Additional contamination or blockages are discovered

• Access restrictions increase operational complexity

• Additional manpower/equipment becomes necessary

11. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Advance payments are non-refundable once manpower, scheduling, transportation, chemicals, or equipment allocation has been initiated.

• Full payment shall be made immediately upon completion of services.

• Delayed payments may attract service suspension or additional recovery costs.

12. Rescheduling & Cancellation

The client shall provide reasonable notice for rescheduling or cancellation.

Azure Services reserves the right to charge for:

• Mobilization costs

• Vehicle dispatch

• Equipment transportation

• Consumables used

• Reserved manpower time

• Third-party rental expenses

where cancellation occurs after operational preparation has begun.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Azure Services shall not be liable for:

• Indirect damages

• Consequential losses

• Business interruption

• Water contamination from external sources

• Structural failures

• Pre-existing property defects

• Utility interruptions

• Third-party negligence

• Natural events or force majeure situations

Total liability, if any, shall be limited to the value of the specific service invoice issued by Azure Services.

14. Client Responsibility

The client agrees to:

• Provide accurate site information

• Ensure safe working conditions

• Secure valuables and sensitive equipment

• Inform occupants regarding service activity

• Obtain required approvals from management associations or authorities where applicable

15. Refusal or Suspension of Service

Azure Services reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate services in situations involving:

• Unsafe working environments

• Aggressive or abusive behavior

• Illegal activities

• Non-payment

• Severe operational hazards

• Misrepresentation of site conditions

16. Acceptance & Digital Consent

Submission of enquiry forms, onboarding forms, digital approvals, email confirmations, WhatsApp approvals, quotations, work orders, purchase orders, or service confirmations shall constitute acknowledgment and acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

The individual submitting the request confirms that they are authorized to act on behalf of the property owner, association, institution, management, or responsible entity.

17. Governing Jurisdiction

All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts applicable to the operational location of Azure Services.

18. Amendments

Azure Services reserves the right to revise, update, or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
